I mean-I love a good crunch of a salad but you can bet my salad isn’t my main course! • 1200 calories isn’t gonna cut it anymore, ladies. My left butt cheek eats 1200 calories...for real. It’s time we start seeing ‘healthy’ and ‘diet’ as two different things...because your 1200 calorie diet isn’t healthy. And you may be eating good foods but, you need to fuel your body better and treat your mind better! • Yes, I said mind. Because your mental health is just as important.
